Burke Townhomes

Burke Townhomes is a 20-unit residential development built with a focus on quality construction, efficient execution, and lasting value. Dutch Builders served as the general contractor, managing the project from early construction through final completion and coordinating the many trades, materials, and details required to bring the development together.

Construction included the full scope of site and building work, from foundations and structural framing to exterior finishes, building systems, and complete interior buildouts. Our team managed subcontractor coordination, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and day-to-day field operations to keep work progressing efficiently across all 20 units.

Each townhome was completed with durable materials, modern finishes, and functional layouts designed for everyday living. With multiple units moving through different stages of construction at the same time, the project required careful sequencing and consistent communication between the field team, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownership.
