Site Development

Cottle Lane is a residential development where Dutch completed the civil and site infrastructure necessary to prepare the property for future home construction. The project included underground utilities, roadway construction, sidewalks, and other site improvements required to transform the property into a build-ready residential development.
Our scope included the installation and coordination of underground utilities throughout the development, including water, sewer, storm drainage, and other required utility connections. Dutch also completed the roadway and sidewalk improvements, coordinating excavation, grading, trenching, utility placement, backfill, compaction, concrete work, and paving.
The project required careful planning to maintain proper elevations, slopes, utility locations, and clearances while coordinating multiple systems across the development. Sequencing was especially important as underground infrastructure needed to be completed and inspected before roadways, curb, sidewalk, and other finished site improvements could move forward.
Cottle Lane demonstrates Dutch’s civil and site development capabilities and our ability to manage the infrastructure that happens before vertical construction begins. From underground utilities to finished roads and sidewalks, our team helped take the development from raw ground to a site ready for residential construction.
